1) Who we are

VisiBurn is operated by Ex Genesis, UAB (“we”, “us”, “our”). For questions or support, contact us via Instagram @founder_log.

2) Product status and concept images

VisiBurn is a tabletop progress-visualization device. Images on the website may include concept renders and prototypes shown for visualization. The final product (including design, materials, dimensions, UI, app/sync features, packaging, and accessory set) may differ from what is shown.

We may update product details during development and manufacturing. Any updates will be communicated on our website and/or via @founder_log.

3) Not a medical device

VisiBurn is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is designed to visualize progress signals and support consistency and motivation. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4) Estimations and “fat-loss” visualization

Any “fat-loss” or “fat burned” indicator shown by VisiBurn is an estimate based on user inputs and/or optionally synced activity data. Human metabolism varies; the device is intended to provide a consistent visual signal, not a precise measurement.

We may describe the estimation as “research-based” where applicable, but we do not guarantee accuracy for any individual. You should not rely on VisiBurn for medical or clinical decisions.

5) Preorders, tiers, and availability

If you place a preorder, you are reserving a unit from a future production batch, subject to availability. Tier names and benefits (e.g., Standard, Early Access, Founder Edition) may be updated during the preorder period.

• • If a Founder Edition includes voting on the final design, the voting scope and schedule will be communicated separately.
• • We may limit quantities per tier and may close preorders at any time.

6) Pricing, taxes, and payments

Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may be added depending on your location and will be shown at checkout (where applicable).

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

7) Estimated shipping and delays

Any shipping date or “batch timeline” is an estimate and not a guarantee. Development, tooling, manufacturing, and logistics can change. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., supplier issues, customs, shipping disruptions, force majeure).

8) Cancellation and refunds

Unless stated otherwise on the checkout page, you may request cancellation of your preorder before the item ships. Refund handling may vary depending on payment provider rules and your region.

To request cancellation/refund, contact us via Instagram @founder_log with your order identifier and the email used at checkout.

Recommendation: once you decide your exact policy (“cancel anytime before shipping”, “EU 14-day withdrawal”, etc.), replace this section with precise timing and method.

9) Warranty and consumer rights

If a warranty is offered (e.g., 1-year warranty), the scope and exclusions will be described at purchase time and/or included with the product. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country.

10) Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms performance, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe misuse is occurring.

11) Intellectual property

All website content, branding, designs, and product concepts are owned by Ex Genesis, UAB or licensed to us, and may be protected by intellectual property laws. Any “patent pending” statement refers to one or more pending applications and does not guarantee a granted patent.

12) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the website and preorder service “as is” and disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ex Genesis, UAB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the website or any preorder.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the preorder that gave rise to the claim.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will be updated, and the newest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Lithuania will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
