flare VisiBurn

Make fat-loss progress visible at home.

VisiBurn is a tabletop progress tracker that turns your daily effort into something you can actually see—so you stay motivated even when the scale stalls.

4 reasons people quit.

Weight loss is a mental game as much as a physical one. Here is why the journey often stops short.

timer_off

Results take too long

The scale doesn't move daily, making effort feel wasted.

event_busy

Consistency breaks

One missed day turns into a missed week without a visual reminder.

coffee

Diet feels exhausting

Constant restriction without a visible 'win' leads to burnout.

battery_low

Motivation drops fast

Human brains aren't wired to chase invisible long-term goals.

What changes when progress becomes visible

bolt

Results take too long → Daily visible progress

You see progress accumulate daily, so the ‘results gap’ doesn’t kill momentum.

task_alt

Consistency breaks → Short-cycle wins

Instead of “12 weeks or nothing,” you run short cycles (e.g., half a bottle). Finish one. Reset. Repeat. Staying consistent becomes manageable.

Diet feels exhausting → Less pressure, more direction

Micro-cycles reduce the “perfect diet” pressure. You focus on a short, doable streak—then repeat—so it feels like a challenge, not a life sentence.

Motivation drops fast → A visible daily cue

A visible object in your home turns effort into a daily cue. The tracker becomes the reminder and the reward—especially during plateaus.

visibility Visible Signal

The Visualization Advantage

When progress is visible, it feels real—so it’s easier to stay consistent during the “invisible” phase.

Based on behavioral principles (visual feedback & habit cues). Not a medical claim.

This isn't a wearable.
It's a tabletop progress signal.

Designed to live in your environment—on your desk, your nightstand, or your kitchen counter. A constant, elegant reminder of who you are becoming.

A focus anchor for your bedroom.

A commitment signal for your kitchen.

How It Works

1

Do your workout

Lift, run, walk—whatever you can repeat. The goal is to build consistency in short cycles, not “perfect weeks.”

2

Log your effort (daily)

Enter your calories burned.

3

Watch progress become visible

VisiBurn translates your inputs into a simple visual “progress signal” you can complete in short cycles (e.g., half-bottle → reset → repeat), so you stay consistent even when the scale stalls.

Estimation note: Not all burned calories come from fat. Device uses a research-based approximation (typically ~40–60% from fat, depending on intensity and your inputs) to visualize fat-loss progress.

Disclaimer: Not a medical device. This is a progress-visualization tool designed to support consistency. Images on this site are concept renders; the final product may differ.

Why it works: visible feedback beats invisible effort.

  • check_circle Turns daily effort into a clear visual signal, so progress feels real before the scale changes.
  • check_circle Makes short “micro-cycles” rewarding (finish a small cycle → reset → repeat), which supports consistency.
  • check_circle Creates a daily environmental cue on your table—easy to notice, hard to forget.
  • check_circle Shifts attention from “weight today” to “effort today,” especially during plateaus.

Note: These are behavioral design principles. Individual results may vary.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it calculate fat loss?

It uses your inputs (and optionally synced activity data) to create a visual estimate of fat-loss progress based on common energy-balance assumptions. It’s designed as a visualization tool—not a medical measurement.

Is there a battery?

It’s designed for permanent tabletop display and runs on USB-C power, so the visual indicator is always on when plugged in.

What happens when I reach my goal?

You’ll get a “celebration mode” LED sequence, then you can reset for a new goal or switch to “maintenance mode” to support consistency.

Is shipping international?

We plan to ship internationally from the first production batch. Availability and timelines may vary by region.

"Why I'm building this."

I spent years struggling with the 'invisible' phase of fat loss. I'd work hard for 3 weeks, see no change on the scale, and give up. I realized that our brains aren't wired for delayed gratification—we need a signal.

I built the first prototype on my desk - it was a simple jar in which I poured water after the cardio. Seeing that jar fill up after a morning cardio changed my psychology entirely. I wasn't waiting for the scale anymore; I was filling my jar. I'm building this because I want to give everyone that same psychological edge.
